Cantaloupe is packed with nutrients: beta-carotene, vitamin C, folate, water, fiber, potassium, + many other vitamins & minerals.
Chia seeds boost energy levels, strengthen bones, aids in weight loss, excellent source of protein, full of good carbs, fights free-radical damage, improves digestion health, boost metabolism, reduces inflammation and reduces anxiety.
2 wedges fresh cantaloupe, cut into chunks (about 1/4 large melon)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (to fill line)
1 cup ice
Place everything into the Ninja and blend until smooth.
