KFC Style Paleo Chicken

How to make the BEST Paleo Air Fryer Chicken KFC style, but healthy...will melt in your mouth! Best recipe! Grab it today!

12 oz. free-range chicken, skinless and boneless

1/2 tsp organic black pepper

1/2 tsp sea or kosher salt

1/2 cup gluten free Panko

1 egg, beaten


  • Preheat the air fryer at 330 F

  • Add egg in a bowl and whisk until frothy and season with pepper and salt

  • In a shallow dish, mix together panko and salt

  • Dip chicken into the egg mixture then coat with panko

  • Place coated chicken into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes

  • Serve and enjoy!

Tip: Alternatively use 2 chicken quarters, cook at 360 F for 45 minutes when cooking for 1 person.
