Ginger, Turmeric and Cinnamon are powerful natural ingredients with a lot of healing and health benefits. In this article I’ll provide you a recipe that combine these three ingredients (and other ingredients) to create a healing natural drink.

Ginger

Ginger root, which is available to us all year round in every supermarket or market, can work wonders when it comes to our health.

Here is a recipe for a healing tea which is a natural remedy for many diseases,infections and it kills parasites and cleans the body of toxins:


1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon coconut oil 1 teaspoon honey 1 cup of warm water


Mix all the ingredients together.
