These air fryer chicken wings are the bomb-diggity. The right balance of sweet and spicy makes these a great treat for the whole family. The type of honey used in this recipe also has healing properties, which make them nourishing with health benefits.

These chicken wings are very easy to make, and the Manuka honey (from New Zealand) is one of nature’s powerful wonders, revered by naturopathic doctors, nutritionists and elite athletes. Manuka is the world’s most researched honey, containing plant-derived compounds with unique health properties, natural pollen's and enzymes, beneficial oligonucleotides prebiotics, and amino acids. These go well with honey glazed air fryer carrots as a side.
Ingredients:
1 pound free-range chicken wings
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp. five-spice powder
2 tbsp. Manuka honey
1 tbsp. organic sesame seeds
Instructions:
Preheat the Air Fryer to 380° for 5 minutes
Toss chicken wings with salt and five-spice powder until well coated
Spray the preheated air fryer basket with olive oil and add the wings in a single layer, spraying the top of the chicken wings as well
Cook chicken wings at 380° for 20 minutes
Toss chicken wings with Manuka honey and sesame seeds, then serve
