At Tremeifion, they offer exclusively vegetarian and vegan cuisine, in a setting characterised by the majesty of the National Park and the Snowdonia mountains. The restaurant looks across the Dwyryd estuary towards the Italianesque village of Portmeirion and the misty blue mountains of the Lleyn Peninsula.
Vegetarian and vegan cuisine is often limited and lacks variation. The aim of Tremeifion is to provide varied, interesting, nutritionally useful, and well-cooked meals, for people who, for whatever reasons, choose not to include animals/animal products in their diet, and to do this to the best of their ability.
As far as possible, food is sourced locally, ethically and organically. Their own vegetable garden and orchard are established, ever evolving and growing lots of goodies that will feature on your plate.
